Straight forward process. My partner and I just moved back from overseas after a working holiday visa and spent the last month and a half travelling (not getting paid) and our agent Danielle from Professionals, made it easy for us (despite not having payslips providing we were currently earning) to apply for an apartment we liked and we were able to move in the following week. We simply showed proof of funds and had conveniently landed a job just before handing in our application and we were set!
