Rob Wynd recently sold our home for us at Racecourse. Prior to meeting my husband I have had Rob sell 3 other homes for me in the last 8 years.
Rob has always been very professional, approachable, prompt, efficient and most of all very honest. When I called him and asked for an appraisal on our home, he did so promptly.
He told us that he did not think we would get our asking price, but he would do his best to get as close as possible. He also took the time to explain every aspect of the contract, including the commission, advertising costs etc.
The advertising worked very quickly for us, and was quite affordable compared to some of the ridiculous amounts our friends have paid.
Rob sold our house quickly and we were wrapped. Rob and his lovely wife Bev made the whole procedure run very smoothly and did all the work for us.
We then purchased our new house at Glenella through Rob and can’t thank him enough for all the help and support. Some days during the time we had our house listed, I would phone Rob and Bev up to 5 times a day, and he always finished the phone call by saying “Call any time Trish”.
Rob is sheer gentleman with great family values and that is why I have never hesitate in recommending Rob and Bev to any family or friends looking at buying or selling their property.

I am writing to congratulate Angela Pietzner on her professionalism and generosity. A few years ago we began the process of selling our snug family home and expanding to a larger one. This testimonial is to advise that I recently sold my home and purchased another through the Professionals Real Estate, Mackay. My real estate agent was Gavin Barfield.
After living in the same home for almost 25 years, I feared that my decision to sell my beloved home would be a very daunting experience. I did not know what to expect and with no one by my side to guide me, was even more frightened about the whole event. At the time of selling and buying, the housing market was strained – the market was very slow and unpredictable.
From the outset, Gavin put my mind at ease. His wealth of experience, knowledge and many years of service in this profession were visible with the level of advice he had to offer.
