This testimonial is to advise that I recently sold my home and purchased another through the Professionals Real Estate, Mackay. My real estate agent was Gavin Barfield.
After living in the same home for almost 25 years, I feared that my decision to sell my beloved home would be a very daunting experience. I did not know what to expect and with no one by my side to guide me, was even more frightened about the whole event. At the time of selling and buying, the housing market was strained – the market was very slow and unpredictable.

At the same time of selling my home Gavin introduced me to my new home. I visited this home twice before making my decision to commence the offer process with the sellers. Similarly, Gavin was able to guide me through this daunting experience. Through this process was also somewhat terrifying to me, Gavin understood this would be an intimidating experience for me. Through some difficult decisions and occurrences, he was able to provide the right advice which resulted in my successful purchase – my new home. His caring attitude, honesty approachability, guidance and experience in real estate shone through the entire process right from beginning to end.
I am very pleased to have dealt with Gavin – it resulted in a success story for me being able to sell my home and purchase the home of my dreams.
