To whom it may concern,
I recently sold a property near Kuttabul and contracted Thomas Parker among a few other agents. The property was a high value place with everything planned and done properly, but the market was depressed. It’s real value rested just above what the average mining couple could pay.
Added to this, it was a divorce settlement with no communication between either party. To add some more spice to it, Thomas found a genuine buyer, but subject to the sale of their place and, just before Christmas.
Along with his work ethic and commitment, I was most impressed with Thomas’s ability to work with people and keep everyone on a positive note.
