Great agency! We are having a great experience renting through Professionals Mackay – application process was easy, we got approved within one day. Communication is very good, prompt replies to emails and calls. House was nice and clean when we got here, no problems at all. Robyn is very friendly and helpful. Fantastic Customer Service! Customer service was off the charts. I had been in contact with so many real estate agents trying to buy my first house and funny enough as the customer I was the one chasing them! Until I enquired this property with Trevor. He was the only one that had prompt response time. Trevor also answered my million questions. As a first home buyer, the process was completely new. So this for me helped immensely. Thomas help my wife and I buy a rural block of land.
Thomas was very accommodating when my wife and I were buying our 20 acres, he had great knowledge of the area and any questions we had were replied to in an urgent manner, any delays correspondence delivered and explained in a way we could understand.
