A great experience. The sale went through without a hitch, Gavin’s knowledge on the procedure was fantastic. My experience purchasing the property was good. Gavin gave us the information we needed, worked with us for inspection times to view the property. Gavin was also very informative on what we need to do and when it should be done.

They have met all of our demands. Our property was being managed through an onsite manager of which we received very little feedback.
